The Comparison of State Unemployment Insurance Laws provides state-by-state information on workers covered, benefit eligibility, methods of financing and other areas of interest in the UI program. During this period, this document was published in a series with replacement pages issued for updates. This edition is the most complete copy of the third revision in the third series of updates that began with the January 1966 publication and reflects the status of state laws enacted as of August 1971. Any revised pages show the month and year of the revision.
