Important Notice: The Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims Report has Moved
On June 24, 2016, the primary website for viewing and downloading the Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims Report became https://www.dol.gov/ui/data.pdf. All other sites that offer access to this report provide links to this primary site for viewing the report.
The following changes have occurred since the publication of the last notice regarding states' Extended Benefits (EB) status.
Based on data from Hawaii, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, and Wisconsin for the week ending May 02, 2020, the 13 week insured unemployment rate in each state met or exceeded the threshold to establish a payable period in the EB program. The payable period in EB for these states began May 17, 2020.
California, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Alaska, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Connecticut, Michigan, and Rhode Island remain in an EB payable period.
