Change in Signature for Unemployment Insurance Program Letters (UIPLs)

  1. Purpose. To advice State Employment Security Agencies of the reassignment of the signature authority for UIPLs.

  2. Background. In line with the "reinvention effort" of the Department of Labor the signature authority for UIPLs has been delegated to Mary Ann Wyrsch, Director of Unemployment Insurance Service. This change will occur October 1, 1993.

  3. Action. SESA Administrators should notify staff of this change.
