Suggested Prototype Position Description for a Quality Control (QC) Data Analyst

 

  1. Purpose. To provide State Employment Security Agencies (SESAs) with a prototype position description that is suggested for use in the selection of a QC data analyst.

  2. Background. In response to recommendations of QC Roundtable members and SERA personnel, a QC data analyst position is being funded for each SESA. With that in mind, the attached position description has been developed to assist SESA personnel in establishing such a position and in selecting an appropriately qualified individual for this position who will be able to successfully perform the duties assigned.

    Revised allocations for these QC data analyst positions will be issued shortly.

  3. Action Required. SESA Administrators are encouraged to use the attached position description or a similar one to guide in the establishment of a QC data analyst position and in the selection of a qualified individual for the position.
