Revised Change 2, UIPL 7-81 -- Revocation of Change 1 to UIPL 7-81 and Reinstatement of Original Provisions of UIPL 7-81

 

  1. Purpose. To transmit revised Change 2, UIPL 7-81.

  2. Background. Necessary revisions to change 2, UIPL 7-81, were inadvertently omitted when Change 2 was issued to SESAs dated April 8, 1983. Corrected copies were issued to regional offices dated March 11, 1983. To clear up confusion caused by different texts and dates, a revised copy of Change 2 is attached. All copies of Change 2 received previously should be destroyed and replaced by the attached revised copy which will be published in the Federal Register.

  3. Action Required. Administrators are requested to instruct appropriate staff to destroy all previously received copies of Change 2, UIPL 7-81.
