SUBJECT : Edit Checks for JTPA Financial Reports -- PY 1993

  1. Purpose. To transmit updated edits for the revised JTPA Quarterly Status Report (JQSR) format for Title II and to

    correct an edit for the Dislocated Worker Special Project

    Report (DWSPR).

  2. References. TEIN 6-93, Change 1, and TEIN 12-93.

  3. Background.
    A. An attachment to TEIN 6-93, Change l, provided the updated JQSR format with additional no entry shaded cells. The attached revised page of JQSR edit changes, for Section VI, Column D, are for that updated format.

    B. A revised page for the DWSPR edits corrects the edit for the relation of Line 47 + Line 48 to Line 11 on that report.

  4. Reporting Instructions. The attached pages of revised edit checks for the updated JQSR format and for the DWSPR should be implemented upon receipt.

  5. Action Required. State JTPA and Worker Adjustment Liaisons are requested to distribute the attached pages of revised edit checks to all officials within the State who need such information to assist them in the preparation of these required reports.
