Instructions for Preparation of the JPTA Summary Program Report (JSPR)

  1. Purpose. To transmit changes to the instructions for the JTPA Summary Program Report, ETA 9047.

  2. References. 

  3. Background. Changes have been made to the instructions for lines 1, 3, 4, 6, and 29 to provide clarification, and in some instances to eliminate double counting which would otherwise have occurred.

  4. Action Required. State Liaisons are requested to distribute the attached revised JSPR instructions to all offices within the State which need such information to respond to the Title II-B reporting requirements.
