Attached is a summary of selected ETA 581 data reported by State Employment Security Agencies (SESAs) for their Unemployment Insurance tax programs for the quarter ending December 31, 1994 (1st quarter, FY 1995).
This quarter represents the transition period from the measurement of UI tax performance under Desired Levels of Achievement (DLAs) to Revenue Quality Control's (RQC) Computed Measures.
