ACTIVITY DUE DATE

1.  Regional Offices send FY 1996 PBP Planning Targets to SESAs. 06/09/95

2.  SESAs submit completed FY 1996 PBPs to Regional Offices. (Date to be set by each Regional Office.)

3.  Regional Offices submit Standard Form (SF) 424 to Office of Regional Management. 08/18/95

4.  Regional Offices notify SESAs of Approval of FY 1996 PBPs. 09/22/95

5.  Regional Offices notify National Office of Approval of FY 1996 PBPs. 09/29/95
