  1. Content. Appendix A of ET Handbook No. 392.

  2. Background. The Handbook for Interstate Claimstaking is electronically maintained as Option 1 of the ICON Interstate Handbook Application. Instructions for the format and contents of the electronic Handbook have not been previously published in ET Handbook No. 392. After considering several suggestions, the ICESA Interstate Benefits Committee adopted the attached format.

  3. Action Required. State Administrators are requested to ensure that these instructions are made available to all appropriate staff. Each State should update its Handbook section immediately to reflect this format and maintain it in accordance with these instructions.
