Procedures for Temporary Labor Certifications in the Entertainment Industry |
Purpose. To transmit subject procedure.
Reference. 20 CFR Parts 621 and 655
Background. On May 6, 1983, all regions were provided interim processing and recruitment procedures for temporary applications in the entertainment industry. The attached procedures replace those interim procedures.
Action Required. Administrators are requested to:
Provide attached procedures to appropriate staff.
Instruct staff to provide application forms and advise employers of procedures for filing temporary labor certification applications in the entertainment industry.
